​Ellen ( KaLam) Cheung has been teaching driving professionally since 1994 in the Greater Vancouver area. Over these 26 years, having taught hundreds of students and helping them achieve their licenses in British Columbia, Ellen knows exactly what it takes to make not only a good driver, but a safe driver!

4WaySafe Driving School
   ******** Policy Statement********

  1. Fees: Maximum $80.00 per hour. Maximum $150.00 per hour For Class 4
  2. Each Driving Lesson is a minimum of 1 hour
    Each Road Test Session is a minimum of 2 hours including 45 minute warm-up.
    Each Driving Lesson will have a minimum of 55 minutes practice time.
  3. If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $40.00 will be assessed.
    2a. Note: For canceling a road test appointment made by 4WaySafe driving school, we require 72 hours notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give 4WaySafe driving school sufficient notice may result in the student having to pay a $25 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.
  4. Payment must be made no later than the end of each driving lesson or road test session. There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
    If the student has pre-paid for driving lessons or a road test session, there will be no refund given in cases of insufficient notice of cancellation (see 2 and 2a above).
  5. Students must provide a valid BC Learners Drivers Licence or Drivers Licence, including foreign drivers’ licence before the first lesson. Students must carry their licence at all times during training.
  6. Road tests can be booked either by the student or by 4WaySafe driving school. The student must sign a consent and release form before 4WaySafe driving school may book a road test on their behalf. The 4WaySafe driving school can not book appointment for student, if student is not in active training program with the school. Therefore, students must be active in training programs, driving lessons, then 4WaySafe Driving School can book a road test for students.
